March results: S1 Obolon continues its positive momentum

Changes in the market value of assets directly affect the price of certificates, which is a natural process for any instrument dealing with income-generating real estate. That is why we are sharing the updated performance metrics of the S1 Obolon REIT.
The change in the value of fund certificates for the period from April 30, 2025, to March 31, 2026, was:
- 17.51% in UAH
- 11.52% in USD
This is the result of the appreciation of the income-generating real estate held by the REIT and the successful implementation of S1 REIT's investment strategy.
When viewed in annualized terms (assuming certificates were purchased on April 30, 2025, and sold on March 31, 2026), the figures look as follows:
- 19.07% in UAH
- 11.55% in USD
It is important to understand that this is a market valuation rather than a realized result. It reflects the current stage of the project, market demand, and currency fluctuations, but it is not the final outcome of the investment.
The S1 Obolon REIT is a long-term investment instrument where the full project implementation cycle plays a key role, rather than a short distance.
