The REIT’s actual IRR since the start of sales is:
- 13.9% in USD
- 19.0% in UAH
Key REITperformance indicators:
- dividends accrued per investment certificate — UAH 1.01;
- total number of certificates in circulation — 438,479;
- total value of certificates in circulation — UAH 45,373,807;
- total accrued dividends over the entire operational period — UAH 1 239 414,17.
Investment strategy implementation
The REIT continues to implement its planned development strategy. In particular, the construction financing process is ongoing through the acquisition of property rights to commercial premises in the shopping centre and the formation of a pool of future retail tenants.
Simply put: the numbers
IRR (internal rate of return) is the fund’s annualised internal rate of return, which takes into account all fund cash flows over time. Rather than simply averaging returns, IRR mathematically accounts for the timing of each cash flow and the length of time each amount remains invested in the fund.
If an investor purchased certificates at a different price or on a different date, the return on their individual investment will be different.
