New sales start date for the S1 Pozniaky fund — November 2

The new tentative start date for sales of S1 Pozniaky fund certificates is November 2, 2026. The final regulatory stage is currently underway, and the launch will take place as soon as all required procedures are completed.
There’s good news too: we are extending the Apple giveaway, so you have two more weeks to register and get your chance to win an iPhone, Apple Watch or AirPods.
Updated giveaway timeline:
- Participant registration — until November 1, 2026, inclusive.
- Investment period for giveaway participation — November 2 to November 20, 2026, inclusive. Within this period, you need to submit and fully pay for your certificate purchase application, and receive the certificates in your securities account.
- Ticket numbers issued to participants — by November 25, 2026.
- Live draw on the S1 REIT YouTube channel — November 30, 2026.
If you have already registered, there is no need to register again: you remain a giveaway participant. As a reminder, every 10 certificates purchased equals 1 ticket for the draw.
