Who manages S1 REIT assets?

REIT S1 Asset Management is a licensed professional entity authorized by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) to manage corporate and mutual investment funds.

Management fee structure

REIT S1 receives an asset management fee as defined in each fund's regulations. The maximum annual management fee is capped at 2% of the fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV), excluding performance incentives.
