S1 REIT opens sales of Certificates for the new S1 DNK REIT

S1 REIT has launched sales of certificates for its new fund, S1 DNK (S1 Income Real Estate of Kyiv). It is a portfolio fund that combines cash-flowing rental real estate with assets offering capital appreciation potential. The minimum initial investment is UAH 122,000, with subsequent investments starting from UAH 1,000.

S1 DNK was created around a simple premise: investors no longer need to choose between current income and capital growth. The REIT combines both components into a single portfolio.

Moving forward, the S1 DNK portfolio will expand with new commercial residential assets across Kyiv. The REIET targets a projected annual yield of 9% in USD, comprising both dividend and capitalization components. Dividends are paid out monthly. The total issue size of the fund is UAH 100 million.
