S1 VDNG Fund: June Dividends Paid

Investment company S1 REIT has made the next monthly dividend payout for S1 VDNG fund investors.
Following the results of operations in June, the amount accrued per certificate is: 7.13 UAH. The total amount of accrued dividends for the entire operational period of the fund as of June 30, 2026, reached 2,548,222.74 UAH.
The actual annualized return (using the IRR formula) for the period from 05.01.2025 to 06.30.2026 was:
- 22.86% in UAH
- 14.22% in USD
This mechanics creates a steady cash flow and increases the actual efficiency of investments compared to traditional instruments where income is paid out once a year.
