S1 Plaza Pozniaky: fund performance results for June

As of the end of June, the S1 Plaza Pozniaky fund demonstrates performance in line with its planned investment strategy, and investors have already received dividend accruals from the asset's operations.

For the period from June 1 to June 30, 2026, the fund's actual yield was: 1.2% in USD for the month, which corresponds to 16.2% per annum based on the IRR formula. During this period, 0.85 UAH in dividends was accrued per investment certificate. The total number of certificates in circulation is 341,426 units, with a total value of 34,142,600 UAH.

Throughout the reporting period, the fund continued to implement its planned development strategy. Specifically, the process of financing construction through the acquisition of property rights to commercial premises of the shopping center is ongoing, as is the preparation of agreements with future tenants.

The initial results of the fund's operations reflect the beginning of the asset's operational activity and continued progress in accordance with the defined development strategy of S1 Plaza Pozniaky.
