Today, the S1 REIT community already unites over 1,000 investors who have collectively invested more than 110 million hryvnias into Ukraine's income-generating real estate. More than 15% of investors have chosen two or more of the company's funds at once, demonstrating growing trust in S1 REIT products and a readiness to scale their investments.
According to the company's Commercial Director, Viktor Boichuk, the average number of investment certificates per investor currently stands at 348, and the total volume of raised funds has already exceeded 110 million hryvnias.
"We are grateful to every investor for their trust and willingness to scale and multiply their capital with the company, as we see interest in S1 REIT's offerings growing steadily. The average number of certificates per investor is 348, and the total volume of raised funds has already exceeded 110 million UAH," shared S1 REIT Commercial Director Viktor Boichuk.
The largest surge in the number of investors occurred after the start of certificate sales for the third fund — S1 Plaza Pozniaky. Within just a few weeks, the number of unique investors tripled. This activity testifies not only to the quality of the company's offering but also to a deep understanding of the market and investors' actual needs.
Currently, S1 REIT's product portfolio includes three active funds. The S1 VDNG fund, whose certificate emission is already complete, and S1 Obolon focus on investments in residential income-generating real estate based on apartment buildings from developer Standard One. Meanwhile, the S1 Plaza Pozniaky fund provides an opportunity to become a co-owner of a shopping center in Kyiv and earn 10.4% per annum in foreign currency even before the completion of construction.
