Following its first two months of operation, the S1 Plaza Pozniaky REIT has delivered results in line with its investment strategy, including the latest accrual and distribution of investor dividends.
The actual IRR (June 1 – July 31, 2026):
- 17.5% per annum in USD
- 24.5% per annum in UAH
Key performance indicators:
- July dividends per certificate: 1.02 UAH
- Total certificates in circulation: 389,988
- Total certificate value: 40,336,460 UAH
Investment strategy implementation
During the reporting period, the fund continued executing its development strategy, focusing on financing construction through the acquisition of property rights for commercial retail spaces and building the shopping centre's future tenant mix.
