S1 REIT milestone: 1,000 investors and 110 Million UAH raised

The S1 REIT community has united over 1,000 investors who have collectively invested more than 110 million UAH in Ukraine's income-generating real estate. Over 15% of investors have chosen two or more company funds, demonstrating growing trust in S1 REIT products and a willingness to scale their investments.
According to S1 REIT Commercial Director Viktor Boichuk, the average number of investment certificates per investor currently stands at 348, with total funds raised exceeding 110 million UAH.
“We are grateful to every investor for their trust and readiness to scale and grow their capital with the company, as we see interest in S1 REIT's offerings steadily increasing. The average number of certificates per investor is 348, and the total volume of attracted funds has already surpassed 110 million UAH,” shared S1 REIT Commercial Director Viktor Boichuk.
The most significant surge in investor growth followed the launch of certificate sales for the third REIT - S1 Plaza Pozniaky. Within just a few weeks, the number of unique investors tripled, reflecting both the high quality of the company's offerings and a deep understanding of market trends and real investor needs.
S1 REIT active fund portfolio
- S1 VDNG: Certificate issuance is now complete; focused on income-generating residential real estate based on fully let apartment buildings by developer Standard One.
- S1 Obolon: Focused on residential income-generating real estate built on profitable rental properties from Standard One.
- S1 Plaza Pozniaky: Enables investors to become co-owners of a shopping centre in Kyiv and earn 10.4% per annum in foreign currency even before construction is completed.
